Despite the high knowledge of our medical team in their clinical practice, research methods, medical practice in their different specialties, there is still a large gap in the management process itself and the different skills that improve the patient health.

The purpose of the course is to enhance the knowledge and skills of healthcare professionals involved in patient care, with the aim of improving patient outcomes and satisfaction.

The course is designed for healthcare professionals such as physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals who are directly involved in patient care.

The population of either patients, relative to patients or colleagues should keep their rights and ensure the patients’ safety, confirm that their benefits are more than hazards and they are treated in a good manner with respect and mercy.

Weak interest in having a quality team to train on communication skills and investigate any breaches of this system at some medical sites resulting in Multiple complaints.
